             The Scientific Technical Centre RADEK Ltd. (STC Radiation Ecology) has been working in the sphere of measurement of ionizing radiation for scientific, industrial, defensive and training purposes since April 1989. The stuff of the Company includes specialists of the Faculty of geo-chemical and radioactive methods for mineral deposit search from St. Petersburg State Mining Institute (Technical University). The specialists of the Company have wide experience in development and innovation of special equipment and methods for uranium exploration, radio ecological research, decontamination. From the moment of its foundation the Company has developed new types of beta- and gamma-radiation spectrometers and supplied them to different regions of the Russian Federation, the Ukraine, Byelorussia and Uzbekistan. In 2003 STC RADEK Ltd. provided more than 100 radiation monitoring devices for the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK), Finland, the Security Information Agency of Serbia and Montenegro, Beograd, Serbia, the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, Lithuania.

            As a result of long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation and successful execution of two international contracts STC RADEK  was recognized as a main supplier of radiation monitoring apparatus to the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK), Finland in 2002 – 2004.

           STC RADEK Ltd. cooperates with the Ionizing Radiation Laboratory of All-Russian Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM), St.Petersburg, Russia). Main aspects of our work include nuclear equipment production, analytical, metrological and monitoring services, development of new software for measuring devices, high accuracy researches and verification. STC RADEK Ltd. is an authorized distributor of the Scientific and Production Enterprise ATOMTEX, Minsk, Republic of Belarus, in North-West Russia. The Company supplies and maintains radiation monitoring equipment according to the request of a Customer.
