Automation system of counting samples accounting and marking “Shtrih-3”

           Automation system of counting samples accounting and marking (printing complex) “Shtrih-3” is a service addendum to spectrometers working under software “ASW” and is intended for printing adhesive labels containing information about sample. The information on the label contains data about type, geometry, mass, concentration coefficient and also about sample number. For transferring data to computer the indicated information is duplicated (encoded) in the barcode.

The complex consists of three main parts:
-          control module (industrial panel computer with touch screen);
-          weigher;
-          label printer;

          Power supply units and cables for connection of all devices to the control module are also included in the packing list.  For readout of data to the computer, a barcode scanner must be installed on it.

          The control module represents a fanless industrial panel minicomputer for operation with the whole complex. The device examines the condition of weigher and after the operator's command sends information from the touch screen to the printer. The module doesn’t contain rotating mechanical parts, has a dust-proof seal, has an extended life and reliability level.
