Phantom of thyroid (PT-04T phantom)
The phantom of thyroid is represented by three models of the neck and thyroid of a 6-year-old child, 14-year-old teenager and an adult. The source of 133Ba homogeneously distributed in the thyroid model is a long-lived simulator for gamma radiation of 131I. The design of the phantom is based on the results of multiple ultrasonic diagnostic investigation of people.
